Terms and Conditions


We try to make sure that stock is available at all times but inevitably we will run low. We don’t generally offer stock that is not available or if we do will clearly state the order times. If you do have to wait for your order beyond the normal delivery time you can cancel your order at any time up until we dispatch your order.

We are careful to make sure that our fabrics and products are made to the highest standards. We will never knowingly send out a product that does not pass our internal quality control. 

We endeavour to make sure our product descriptions are accurate. Our textile design descriptions are a guide only and we advise customers to refer to images to make sure they understand what the design looks like. If we change any product we will update our site and if this affects your order we will let you know and give you the option to cancel. 

Please be aware that different computer screens can mean colours will differ slightly and all definitions given reflect the products as we see them and most reasonably describes them. Also if you order same products at different times there may be some slight variations in colours as textile printing can never be totally exact. However we work hard to reduce this and any difference will be very slight to pass our internal control systems. 

Prices may also change but you will always get the price at time of ordering.

No resale of new products is permitted. If you do wish to retail Fenton products please contact us.




We aim to send products out the within 48hours of ordering. Exact times of delivery will vary from hour to hour but they will always be on the delivery date. If there are issues with your delivery we, or our delivery partner, will let you know as soon as possible. 

You will be given a delivery charge per order and no further charge will be made. However if the details you provide are incorrect and require special delivery instructions we may need to make an additional charge.

We take the time to make sure that all our products are made from the best materials and by high end manufacturers. Our care instructions are designed to make sure your product looks great and stays that way so please follow them.

If you are not entirely happy with your Fenton product you can return it within 14days for a full refund. Products must be returned in the same condition they were dispatched and not be used or dirty. 

If the product is faulty Fenton will refund the product cost, postage and return postage. If you decide you no longer want the product, and there is no fault, we ask that you pay the return postage and we will refund the cost of the product only.


·         Lampshades are made to order and cannot be exchanged unless the product supplied is faulty. 

·         We only accept returns of unopened packs wallpaper so please order sample first.


Proper Care

Our products generally feature highly patterned and coloured textiles and surfaces. To make them last and stay as you received them we suggest you follow our simple care instructions.  We cannot be held responsible for incorrect use of our products.
